As a nurse recruiter you will join a team of innovative consulting professionals who have a passion for building award winning departments in the nation's top facilities. Our clients have a need for quality patient care and nurses with top-tier care practices, we provide this by selecting our pool with high regard.
In this position you will interview and connect with healthcare professionals and guide them throughout the journey by learning about their specialty expertise to carefully match them with a position to fit their needs. The right candidate will use negotiation skills to create a compensation package that shows the true value they bring to a new assignment.
This is a hybrid position 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, giving you the opportunity to stay connected with the team while fostering a balanced work environment.
