We are currently searching for a mid-level Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

White Glove is looking for a skilled digital marketing specialist for the development, implementation, and optimization of paid digital marketing and strategy for our direct-to-consumer business, Enlighten 567. In this highly visible hands-on role, you will work closely with the marketing delivery team to build and maintain customer-focused direct-response campaigns for both our internal and external customers. The digital marketing specialist will be tasked with leading, shaping, and maintaining our paid digital marketing program end-to-end, including planning, targeting, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct daily analysis of campaign performance using analytics & reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and native ad-platform insights.
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the campaign strategy.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B testing to optimize ad and landing page creative.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple ad formats, such as display and video, with a focus on generating leads through Reels and Shorts.
  • Utilize ad targeting, bidding strategies, and performance measurement to ensure the most effective campaigns.
  • Regularly test and optimize for conversion rate and landing page optimization.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale campaigns with multiple targeting segments and ad formats.
  • Internal reporting on campaign performance, with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least four years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on direct-to-consumer demand generation, preferably in the fin-tech/financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation best practices and technologies, such as marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Highly skilled in ad platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Ads, and other major social media platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with using Skai/Kenshoo for managing and optimizing large-scale ad campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media with experience in video content creation and production.
  • Knowledge of video production tools and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
