What are the responsibilities and job description for the Games Coordinator position at White Hat Gaming?
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Games Coordinator who will work very closely with the Senior Gaming Compliance Analyst and assist in supporting our iGaming compliance function. If you can help us to ensure we retain our outstanding compliance approach, then we are interested in talking to you.
Responsibilities:
- Working remotely or in one of our offices (if location permits), to a GMT schedule.
- Ensuring games are compliant against multiple regulations.
- Ensuring certification is in place (and in hand) for each game.
- Ensuring RNG certificates are in place and up to date.
- Updating game lists so we know what is live in each jurisdiction.
- Ensuring game launches, changes and end of life games are logged with change management to ensure compliance.
- Updates to the UKGC register.
- Ensuring game faults are reported to the Compliance team and assisting in issue handling and resolution analysis for key event reporting.
- Ongoing cooperation and communication with the Compliance team on compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Being a key team member in the Legal, Compliance & Regulatory function.
- Testing existing and new game launches to ensure compliance.
- Working with technical staff to ensure problem-free live releases.
- Assist service desk team with gaming queries.
- Raise games issues to gaming providers.
- Assist Head of Gaming Operations/Gaming Operations Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
- Prepare and complete the daily games releases.
- Use of Jira to escalate of reply to gaming related issues.
- Not being phased by the strange variety of things that needs doing in a rapidly growing company.
- Being proactive and not just waiting to be told the next thing to do.
- Finding better ways that we can get things done.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with an iGaming operator and dealing with the top tier third-party casino/gaming suppliers.
- An excellent eye for detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and a great team attitude.
- The ability to quickly learn new things and adapt.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving compliance or operational issues.
- Ability to adapt to new processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Advantageous:
- Knowledge of gaming regulations in various jurisdictions.
- Experience interpreting regulatory requirements into business processes.
- Any exposure to testing against strict regulatory or legal requirements would be an advantage.
- Experience managing game release cycles, change management processes, or Jira ticketing systems.
- Understanding of Slots & RNG certification, and compliance testing procedures.
