- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate guest information in the system
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or front desk operations is preferred
