Hourly: $30-$35/hr

Hours: (M-F) 7am-4pm or 7am-5pm

Ages: 6, 3, 1

A busy dual-career family in McLean is seeking a dedicated and experienced career nanny to care for their three children, ages 6, 3, and 1. They are looking for someone with at least 15 years of professional nanny experience who truly loves working with kids and is passionate about childcare. Reliability is a top priority, as both parents have full-time careers and need a trustworthy caregiver who is fun, playful, and engaging with the children. The nanny should also be a great communicator, professional, and capable of setting clear boundaries while maintaining a warm and loving approach. Since the older two children are in school full-time, the nanny will primarily care for the 1-year-old during the day and pick up the older kids at 3 PM.

Qualifications⁣

• At least 15 years of professional nannying experience⁣
• Must be legal to work in the US
• Must be local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA)
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car⁣
• Willing to get COVID-Vaccine & Booster if eligible

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
