What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Director position at White House Recovery?
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or NP to join our treatment team. The ideal candidate will have experience with addiction medicine, drug and alcohol withdrawals, inpatient care, home care, and rehab.
*Responsibilities*
- Provide direct patient care in the inpatient facility
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by MD
- Document everything in Kipu and sign off on nursing notes
- Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care measures
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
*Experience*
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in providing patient care across different settings including home community care
- Knowledge of SUD and regulations
- Strong triage skills to assess patient needs efficiently
- Ability to work effectively with a team
