Service Manager San Diego

We’re seeking a dedicated and dynamic Service Manager to lead our San Diego Branch and drive growth, efficiency, and high-quality customer service. You'll play a key role in overseeing our technicians, maintaining service excellence, and managing branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hiring, management, and performance of all technicians in the San Diego branch.
• Maintain the Qualified Supervisor License for the San Diego office.
• Service Customer accounts.
• Ensure forecasted route stops are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage branch expenses, including product, fuel, food, and vehicle maintenance.
• Conduct regular training meetings and one-on-one reviews with technicians.
• Lead by example with professionalism and high standards of service.
• Perform regular ride-alongs with technicians to ensure quality.
• Handle equipment repairs and vehicle maintenance.
• Uphold company policies and ensure all staff follow them.

Compensation Package:

• Base Salary plus Commission. Expected earning between $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.
• Bonuses: Earn up to $8000 annually based on branch performance
• Annual Raises: Based on branch performance, earn raises and commission increases tied to service and quality metrics.
• Additional Incentives: Performance bonuses, potential annual salary increases, and more!

Job Requirements:

• MUST HAVE: Active California-issued Pesticide Applicator License.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license.
• In the past 4 years, must have fewer than 3 tickets and 2 at-fault accidents.
• No DUI/DWI or license suspension/revocation within the last 5 years.
• Must be able to pass a drug test on the day of the interview and submit to random drug tests during employment.
• Must be able to pass a background check. Any felony charges related to robbery, theft, burglary, or assault within the last 10 years will disqualify you from obtaining a pesticide applicator’s license.
