Responsibilities
What You'll Do
* The expeditor will help manage the efficient flow of orders from the servers to the culinary team * Ensure orders are being prepared and quickly assembled by communicating to the culinary team across the line * Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature * Communicate any essential information between the kitchen and the front of house staff such as special requests or dietary needs * Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
* The expeditor will be able to adapt and work as part of a team * Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments but remain calm under pressure * One year experience in a fast-paced restaurant needed * High School diploma or equivalent preferred * Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time
