Your Role

As a bartender, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This includes creating personal connections, offering intuitive suggestions, and maintaining engaging surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to all guests.

• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar.

• Be knowledgeable about all menu items.
\
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
\
• Process all payment methods.
\
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.

• ID guests and monitor beverage consumption.
\
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• You will have an outgoing and social personality.

• You will have an eye for detail.
\
• You will have a passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.

• You will be a team player.
\
• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required.
\
• You must be able to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time and may need to work long hours based on business needs.

• You must be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
