Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Oversee the maintenance of all turf areas, including mowing, trimming, weeding, spraying, irrigating, dethatching, and aerating as needed.
- Manage flower beds and planters, including planting, watering, and seasonal mulching.
- Supervise the acquisition, splitting, storage, and distribution of firewood.
- Maintain pathways by edging, cleaning, and sweeping gravel.
- Monitor and repair irrigation systems, managing seasonal start-up and shutdown procedures.
- Conduct equipment maintenance, including blade replacement, oil changes, filter cleaning, and winterization.
- Supervise the grounds crew, delegating tasks and maintaining high standards of upkeep across the property.
- Perform property rounds to ensure quality, safety, and aesthetic standards are met.
- Manage seasonal landscaping tasks, including tree wrapping, snow removal, and other adjustments.
