Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping operations, including assigning work to employees and prioritizing cleaning tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all brand and company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Perform property walks, inspect guestrooms, and verify that room status is communicated to the front desk in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive communication with the front desk and PBX.
- Inventories stock and performs ordering to ensure adequate supplies.
- Supports and supervises an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public space.
- Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
