As a Housekeeping Operations Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Laundry. Your key responsibilities include supervising housekeeping operations and budgets, assigning rooms to Guest Room Attendants, and prioritizing cleaning of rooms and public areas. You will also supervise daily housekeeping shift operations, ensuring compliance with all brand and White Lodging housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures. Additionally, you will inspect guestrooms on a daily basis, maintain positive communication with the Front Desk and PBX, and utilize lists of rooms to be cleaned immediately and prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments. You will also inventory stock, perform ordering, and support an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public space.
