You will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all guestrooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities Include:
- Schedule and manage housekeeping staff, including assigning rooms to GRA's and responding to pages and radio calls.
- Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, and perform ordering as needed.
- Participate in departmental meetings and communicate clearly with colleagues and superiors.
- Empower employees to take ownership of their work and provide exceptional customer service.
