Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, direct, and assist teams with inquiries
- Manage full cycle recruiting, including job advertising, interviewing, onboarding, drug testing, and orientation
- Assist in planning and executing associate recognition and engagement events
- Maintain accurate HR Information System data and confidentiality
- Provide expert guidance on benefits and HR policies
- Collaborate with HR Department and Executive Committee members as needed
Requirements:
- Great attitude, service skills, and passion for people
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (ADA, FMLA, EEOC)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Organizational, flexible, dependable, confidential, and initiative-driven individual
