Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our teams by welcoming, directing, and answering inquiries. This includes performing full cycle recruiting, maintaining accurate records in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), and serving as a knowledgeable resource for benefits and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, direct, and answer inquiries from our teams
- Perform full cycle recruiting, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding paperwork
- Maintain accurate records in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for benefits and policies
- Assist in planning associate recognition and engagement events
Requirements
- A great attitude, service skills, and passion for people
- Knowledge of HR policies and general employment laws: ADA, FMLA, EEOC, etc.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- The skill set to be organized, flexible, dependable, act with confidentiality, and show initiative
