About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a great attitude, service skills, and a passion for people. They will also possess knowledge of HR policies and general employment laws, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, direct, and answer inquiries from our teams
- Perform full cycle recruiting, including job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding paperwork
- Maintain accurate records in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for benefits and policies
- Assist in planning associate recognition and engagement events
