An overview of this position entails…This position is responsible for providing hospitality and customer service to residents, family members, and outside agencies for the Life Adjustment Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Take and place orders, and serve residents during meals; provide room tray delivery; if required.
2. Provide line-of-sight to residents in the dining room; provide assistance as needed.
3. Clear dishes from table during and after each meal.
4. Mix, prepare, and assemble cold food items outside of service hours.
5. Assist cooks by preparing food for meal assembly; prepare food by washing, chopping, separating into individual serving containers, etc.
6. Set up food, bus, and drink carts.
7. Fill table condiments, stock wait staff station, and assist with silverware rolling.
8. Clean wait staff station; empty trash receptacles.
9. Consistently meet sanitation standards.
10. Assist others as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
One year of related work experience, or two years of general work experience. Minimum 18 years of age required.

- Colorado Identification Card (required)
- Food Handler’s Card (required)
- CPR/First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- De-Escalation Training (preferred)
