As our New Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for new patients—guiding them through their journey with warmth and confidence. What You’ll Do
✔ Be the Friendly First Impression – Engage with potential new patients over the phone, via email, and in person, making them feel welcomed and valued.
✔ Schedule with Precision – Follow office policies to book new patient appointments efficiently and accurately.
✔ Manage Patient Records – Create and update patient files in Open Dental software.
✔ Verify Insurance – Ensure a seamless experience by completing insurance verification for new patients.
✔ Support Patients Throughout Their Journey – Help patients understand their treatment plans, insurance options, and financial solutions.
✔ Keep Us Organized – Maintain accurate statistics, follow up on scheduled treatments, and assist with front office duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For

Tech-Savvy – Basic computer skills required (experience with Open Dental is a plus!).
