Assistant Director of Health Services

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Director of Health Services to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
- Assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services to ensure the continuity of residents' total care regimen.
- Implement and maintain our clinical staffing model.
- Participate in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs and prepare for facility surveys and accreditation standards.
- Perform administrative duties, including medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting, etc.
- Provide direct nursing care as necessary and participate in on-call duties.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree required.
- 0-1 year of experience preferred.
- Current, valid state RN license and CPR certification required.
