Job Summary:
The Staging Assistant will support the staging team in creating polished, market-ready homes. This position involves assisting with staging and destaging homes, organizing and maintaining the warehouse, and handling staging items efficiently. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about design and home staging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staging & Destaging:
- Assist the team with packing, unpacking, and placing furniture, décor, and accessories at staging sites.
- Steam bedding, clean surfaces, and ensure all staging details are picture-perfect.
- Load and unload staging items from vehicles, including bins, artwork, plants, and accessories.
- Warehouse Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by unpacking and storing items properly.
- Prepare and separate items for upcoming stages to ensure smooth workflows.
- Quality Assurance:
- Help ensure that all spaces are clean, tidy, and ready for staging or destaging.
- Identify and report any damages to staging items or the property during the process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in staging, design, organizing, or related fields is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required (must travel between the warehouse and job sites).
- Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work quickly and efficiently.
