Job Overview: We are seeking a Associate Producer to join our creative team. - Produce Photo and Video Content: Create compelling visual content for various platforms including website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Organize and Facilitate Shoots: Plan and execute photography and videography shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
- Edit Photo and Video Content: Edit and enhance raw footage and images to produce polished final deliverables that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Project Management: Manage print production projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor coordination.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and ensure that creative project goals are exceeded.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and deliver innovative visual solutions.
- Proficiency in photography and videography, with a portfolio of work samples in both disciplines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro.).
- Project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed to keep multiple projects moving forward at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

- Ability to form excellent working relationships with clients.
- Driving throughout the Phoenix metro area is required.
- Physical strength and stamina required to load / unload gear, as well as operate photography equipment effectively both indoors and outdoors.
- This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, Arizona.
- Occasional out-of-town travel is required for on-location shoots.
