Associate Multimedia Producer

Job Overview: We are seeking a Associate Producer to join our creative team. This role involves producing high-quality photo and video content for our website, social media channels, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both photography and videography, with a strong ability to edit and enhance visual content. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in project management for print production jobs and excellent client relationship management skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce Photo and Video Content: Create compelling visual content for various platforms including website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Organize and Facilitate Shoots: Plan and execute photography and videography shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
• Edit Photo and Video Content: Edit and enhance raw footage and images to produce polished final deliverables that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Project Management: Manage print production projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor coordination.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and ensure that creative project goals are exceeded.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and deliver innovative visual solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficiency in photography and videography, with a portfolio of work samples in both disciplines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro.).
• Project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed to keep multiple projects moving forward at the same time.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to form excellent working relationships with clients.
• Driving throughout the Phoenix metro area is required.
• Physical strength and stamina required to load / unload gear, as well as operate photography equipment effectively both indoors and outdoors.
  
  

Additional Information

• This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Occasional out-of-town travel is required for on-location shoots.
• Competitive salary offered. Reimbursements / allowances for mileage and other travel expenses are provided.
