PART-TIME Assistant Manager

White Rabbit Dessert Experience is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team!

As the Assistant Cafe Manager you would be responsible for:

• Managing Shifts on a day to day basis: opening and closing shifts
• Ensuring all staff completes their assigned shift tasks
• Completing Prep work: making ice cream, batters, sauces, etc.
• Assisting in building a positive and inclusive work culture
• Assisting the General Manager with admin work as needed; scheduling, inventory, ordering, etc.
• Assisting with hiring and training new employees

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
