Job Summary

As the Chief of Staff at White Rock Medical Center (WRMC), you will report directly to the CEO and COO, playing a key role in supporting and enhancing hospital operations. This position is pivotal in streamlining communication, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational alignment across critical areas such as Finance, Marketing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Operations. By serving as a strategic advisor and project leader, you will help shape the organization’s success and optimize efficiency while maintaining the hospital’s commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with the CEO and COO to develop, prioritize, and implement strategic initiatives that align with WRMC’s mission and goals.
  • Provide strategic counsel and act as a thought partner for executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to monitor budgets, ensure financial accountability, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Support revenue cycle optimization by addressing inefficiencies in billing, collections, and reimbursement processes.
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that enhance WRMC’s public image and promote its services.
  • Ensure marketing strategies are aligned with operational priorities and community needs.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce operational inefficiencies, and enhance patient care delivery.
  • Oversee cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage critical projects as directed by the CEO and COO, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments to drive organizational alignment.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for executive leadership, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
  • Represent the CEO and COO in meetings, presentations, and decision-making processes when needed.

  • Requirements : Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or a high growth startup is highly desirable.
  • Experience in operations, strategy, or cross-functional project management within a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving key initiatives and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced setting.
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
