Responsibilities
Combine strong technical skills with people skills to ensure we are providing a high level of customer service within the department.Responsible for driving profitability and CSI within the service department : meeting both internal and manufacturer goals.Oversee the Parts Department and the Service Department to ensure proper performanceEnsuring customer follow-up through day-to-day management of the Service Advisors, Parts Counter People, and technicians as well as personally dealing with customer issues.Play an active role in the recruitment, interviewing, selection and development of the service and parts team.Assist the Service Managers, and the Parts Manager in the overall success of the store, including all store meetings, provide on the job training to the service department, and regular reporting to the Fixed Operations Director with any issues or concerns.Assist the Company in meeting the standards of providing a safe and healthy work environment, while meeting OSHA compliance standards.Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's expectations as it pertains to interactions with customers, co-workers, subordinates, and vendors.Prepare and administrate the annual operating budget for the service and parts department.Requirements
Must have at least 4 years of experience in automotive fieldReynolds and Reynolds familiarity is preferredHave knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenanceMust be a fast learnerHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsHave excellent customer service skillsAre a team playerAre computer literateShould be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentHave a valid driver’s licenseHave a High School DiplomaALL CANDIDATES ARE SUBJECT TO PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING. YOU MUST PASS DRUG SCREENING.Full time position only. Monday-Friday 7 : 30-5 : 00 and some Saturdays.
