Responsibilities:
- Interview customers about issues with their vehicle, get information from the vehicle and enter info in the business system.
- Communicate with the service manager about incoming jobs.
- Coordinate job status and quotes with customers.
- Invoice customers pay tickets and prepare warranty repairs.
- Maintains safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures, complying with codes.
- As other duties assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
· Superior customer service skills.
· Highly detailed oriented.
· Ability to function in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
· Strong written/verbal communication skills.
· Knowledge of truck specifications.
· Warranty Clerk experience preferred.
· Experience in the trucking/transportation industry preferred.
Pay scale: Determined on knowledge and experience
