Web Project Manager

The Web Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of website development projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and budgetary goals. A successful candidate must have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and the expertise to bridge the gap between clients and development teams. This individual will work closely with developers, designers, and content creators to ensure seamless project flow from initiation to completion. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and self-management are essential for this role.

• Lead website development projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet client expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the development team, managing communication and setting clear expectations.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Ensure proper documentation, including project scope, tasks, and status reports.
• Facilitate team meetings, track progress, and address any roadblocks or issues.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure project success.
• Ensure website projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, maintaining the highest level of quality.
• Perform quality control to ensure client’s top satisfaction.
• Oversee project updates, maintenance schedules, and client post-launch support.

• 3 years of experience in web project management or a related role.
• Experience managing web development projects, preferably with WordPress or custom-built PHP solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans for the development team.
• Understanding of website usability, UX/UI principles, and web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Experience with project management software/task management and time-tracking.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot project issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with website testing, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or similar degree preferred.
