As a Project Manager for Whitecap Mechanical, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all project activities are scheduled efficiently.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Resource Allocation:
- Assign tasks to team members and subcontractors based on skills and availability.
- Ensure that adequate resources are allocated to each project to meet objectives.
- Quality Assurance:
- Establish quality standards and procedures for all project activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality requirements and industry standards.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or budget.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities (Spanish is a plus)
