- Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting staff on best practices and procedures.
- Advise management on fiscal policies and significant financial matters.
- Actively participate in the preparation and review of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead and engage in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, adhering to established protocols.
- Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with SOX and other applicable regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of public accounting audit or hands on accounting experience, preferably Big 4.
- CPA, or CPA Candidate, Preferred
- Public company experience a plus
