In this hybrid role, the Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing property setup, resident account reconciliations, and collaborating with various teams to support day-to-day operations.

- Responsible for the initial setup of acquired properties in rental software and the integration of newly hired personnel.
- Handle resident account reconciliations and address payment-related issues.
- Work closely with park and operations personnel, providing training on day-to-day operations.
- Analyze and manage key expenses, such as property taxes, state and local taxes, and property insurance.
- Support multiple teams, including accounting, finance, and tax personnel, with various ad hoc requests.
- Senior level experience preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- Results oriented, flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Strong analytical skills and initiative
