Financial Operations Specialist - Real Estate

Rapidly growing family office in New Jersey with a focus on Real Estate investments is looking to expand its team for its largest and fastest growing portfolio. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days in office.

Job Function

• Responsible for the initial setup of acquired properties in rental software as well as the integration of newly hired personnel.
• Handle resident account reconciliations and questions that arise from payment issues.
• Work closely with and train park and operations personnel on day-to-day operations.
• Analysis and payment of key expenses, such as property taxes, state and local taxes, property insurance, etc.
• Support multiple teams, such as the accounting, financing and tax personnel with various ad hoc requests.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Senior level experience preferred
• 1-3 years of experience
• Results oriented, flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Strong analytical skills and initiative
