IP Billing Specialist - Top National Law Firm

An established top national law firm is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist with a focus on Intellectual Property (IP) to join their Finance team in either their Parsippany, NJ, or Boston, MA offices. This role will be responsible for handling the firm's complex and dynamic billing needs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office.

Job Function

• Support the billing needs of the global Intellectual Property (IP) practice.
• Manage fixed fees, demand billing, foreign associate invoice processing, and fee estimates.
• Utilize corporate billing software to ensure accurate and efficient billing operations.
• Oversee billing activities from bill creation through resolution.
• Provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• 5 years minimum, 10 years preferred
• IP (Intellectual Property) Billing experience - REQUIRED
• Strong communication/presentation with attention to detail
