- Spearhead the development of analytical processes and tools used to analyze the funds diverse investments
- Perform valuations for a variety of illiquid investments
- Develop performance attribution frameworks to identify drivers of performance across a multi-asset class portfolio
- Develop benchmarking and performance appraisal ratios to evaluate performance of various investment strategies
- Approximately 5-10 years of experience in investment performance analysis
- Strong financial modeling and coding skills - ideally with Python, SQL, VBA, R
- Experience and an interest in building new performance frameworks
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, math, or a related field.
- CFA is preferred
