Quality Assurance Coordinator

A leading anti-poverty organization dedicated to ending homelessness in the New York area is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support its vital programs. This role plays a key part in maintaining program integrity, ensuring compliance, and improving service delivery across the organization.

Job Function

• Oversee and maintain the quality assurance help desk, ensuring timely responses and resolutions
• Review and respond to agency-wide incident reports, ensuring compliance with reporting standards
• Train staff on incident identification, documentation, and reporting protocols
• Retrieve and assess client and consumer grievances, identifying areas for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of staff training for the electronic health record system
• Provide operational support to the AVP of Quality Assurance & Research and the Director of Data Quality & Systems
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2 years of data quality and data systems experience coming from NFP or related field.
• MS Office experience required.
