- Day shift
- 9a-5:30p, 8hr - 5 days per week
- Conduct risk assessments, develop and implement safety plans, and provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed, including facilitating access to inpatient facilities for behavioral health care.
- Provides 80 percent of treatment contacts in the community, including leading groups when clinically indicated.
- Ensures all documentations are completed in a timely manner and remain in compliance with agency and OMH regulations.
- Coordinate services with other specialist on the ACT Team, i.e. Psychiatrist, Substance Use.
- State of New York Registered Nurse Licensure
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds, trauma experiences, cultures, education level, and socio-economic status.
- Candidate must have 2 years of psych RN experience
