Job Function :
- Senior Project Manager with experience working on $40 - $100M new construction projects in Westchester, Fairfield, and New Haven County - MUST have been the lead on these projects.
- Ability to work with Ownership, Design team, and Lead Superintendent to manage the project through final stages.
- Manage all PM staff, subcontractors, and scheduling of project from inception to completion.
- Take the lead and work with the construction field team in the development of the site logistic plans.
