Facility in Salt Lake City, UT seeking GI outpatient locums coverage

Rates : $450 / hr

Job Details :

  • Specialty : Gastroenterology
  • Setting : Outpatient Clinic and OR
  • Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
  • Coverage : 20-25 days / month
  • Duties :
  • Perform ERCP, EGD, EVS procedures
  • Outpatient consults and follow-up appointments in the clinic
  • Blocked OR time on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings (7 : 30 AM - 12 : 00 PM)
  • 8-14 procedures scheduled per day

Support & EMR :

  • Support Staff : MA, RN, Echo Tech, Lab Tech, Nuclear Tech, X-ray Tech
  • EMR : EPIC
  • EMR Training : Must complete modules prior to virtual training. Virtual and onsite training will occur on the first day.

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certification : Required in Gastroenterology
  • Licenses :
  • Utah State License : Highly preferred
  • DEA License : Required
  • BLS Certification : Required for credentialing
  • Experience : Gastro Fellowship required, with proficiency in ERCP
  • Additional Requirements : Clean malpractice and background history, submission of NPDB self-inquiry report
