About the Role
We are hiring a Quality Management Coordinator / Lead to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing all quality assurance, quality control, and testing activities for designated projects. You will ensure that all quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will prepare documentation, status reports, and lead interactions with customers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control
Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities for assigned projects.
Develop and implement quality management plans, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate project performance against quality standards and objectives.
Testing and Documentation
Coordinate and oversee testing activities to ensure alignment with project requirements.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test plans, reports, and status updates.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with teams to resolve them effectively.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for quality-related concerns, providing regular updates to customers, project managers, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver presentations on project quality performance and outcomes.
Communicate quality-related risks and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in quality management.
Support teams in maintaining compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Ensure the consistent application of quality management methodologies across projects.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, and testing, preferably in a project-based environment.
Previous experience in leading teams and coordinating quality management activities.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of quality management systems, quality control, and testing methodologies.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining quality documentation and reports.
