What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney (Tax Associate – Mid-Atlantic) position at Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP?
Whiteford is seeking a Tax Associate with a demonstrated interest in tax practice. Candidates should have pass-through entity and corporate experience or coursework. Excellent academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb writing and communication skills are also required.
Federal tax controversy and solid law firm experience is each a plus. Individuals with a CPA background are also strongly encouraged to apply. An LL.M in tax while not required would be a plus. This position may be located in any Whiteford office location, with preference to the D.C. and surrounding offices.
