Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Medical Clinic Coordinator and Quality Improvement /Informatics Specialist to join our medical team. This job will be to assist the Clinical Director of Nursing in implementing the philosophy and goals of the Whiteside County Community Health Clinic’s (WCCHC) Governing Council and meeting the Health Resource and Service Administration’s (HRSA) Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) standards of care by providing nursing leadership in the medical clinic. Acts as the Quality Improvement Nurse and Informatics Specialist by conducting chart audits and compiling other data elements to identify trends in specific quality indicators and maintain compliance with all regulatory, legal, and accreditation requirements. Acts as an EHR Superuser and assists in troubleshooting and creating EHR training materials and workflows.

Requirements
- Board Certified Registered Nurse (RN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), preferred, with a current license in the State of Illinois
- BLS (CPR) certified
- One (1) year of management required, three years preferred.
