Position: Landscape Architect / Designer (8-10 Years Experience)
We are looking for a motivated, talented, and passionate Landscape Architect with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to work on bespoke, high-end residential projects and develop your skills in a creative and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
Design & Creative Development
- Work on luxury residential landscape architecture projects, from conceptual design to implementation.
- Create master plans, hardscape layouts, planting designs, and outdoor living environments.
- Develop sketches, renderings, and visual presentations to bring designs to life.
Technical & Documentation Support
- Assist in the production of construction documents, site plans, and specifications.
- Ensure project details align with local regulations, environmental considerations, and high-end design standards.
- Support the team with AutoCAD drafting, 3D modeling, and graphic presentations.
Collaboration & Project Coordination
- Work alongside architects, interior designers, builders, and clients to bring visionary landscapes to reality.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and vendors throughout the design and construction process.
- Participate in client meetings, design charrettes, and on-site evaluations.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture.
✔ 8-10 years of professional experience in a landscape architecture design firm.
✔ Strong hand and digital graphic skills for sketching and concept development.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion (Pool Studio experience a plus).
✔ A general understanding of construction documentation and detailing (not required but preferred).
✔ Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
✔ Passion for landscape architecture, outdoor living, and sustainable design.
✔ Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also being a self-starter.
