We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Asbestos Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience performing asbestos surveys.
Location : Ridgewood, NJ
Responsibilities :
- Conduct pre-demolition / pre-renovation asbestos surveys in accordance with AHERA, state, and local regulations and guidelines;
- Quantify types and volumes / areas of ACM within the surveyed building;
- Assist with assembling concise technical ACM survey reports and abatement design documents and budgets; and
- Stay up to date with current regulations and industry standards.
