We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Geotechnical Project Manager with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. This position involves geotechnical investigations, stormwater management area evaluations, engineering, and on-site testing services including field investigations by means of observations of soil boring drilling, test pit investigations, and other in-field sampling / testing methods.

This position can be in either our Southborough MA or Rocky Hill CT location and will manage projects and junior level staff in the New England region.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate, conduct, and oversee the execution of geotechnical investigations, including site visits, soil sampling, and laboratory testing, to assess subsurface conditions;
• Coordinate, conduct, and oversee the execution of field geotechnical testing and monitoring during construction to ensure compliance with geotechnical design recommendations and material specifications;
• Coordinate, conduct, and oversee the execution of geotechnical reports, including data interpretation, engineering analyses, and recommendations, to communicate findings to clients and project stakeholders;
• Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and construction specifications related to geotechnical engineering; and
• Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to geotechnical engineering, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
