Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough asbestos surveys in accordance with regulatory requirements;
- Accurately quantify ACM presence in surveyed buildings;
- Collaborate in creating comprehensive ACM survey reports and abatement design documents;
- Staying informed about industry developments and regulatory updates.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience (1-5 years) in asbestos surveying;
- Valid AHERA and/or local City/State certification;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Willingness to travel to job sites in New Jersey and surrounding areas;
- Capacity to work effectively both individually and as part of a collaborative team.
