Scheduling Coordinator:
Full time Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, Full time
Wage: $21.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- Installation scheduling experience
- Data entry experience
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Well organized
- Ability to coordinate, revise and help maintain the installation schedule
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to learn new programs
- Able to work as a team or independently
- Experience using builder portals is preferred, but not required
- Experience working in the construction industry is nice, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Reports to - Installation Scheduling Manager
- Monitor builder portals for schedule changes
- Schedule incoming jobs
- Confirm with builders and homeowners for upcoming jobs
- Coordinate with installers
- Prepare installer payroll
- Answer incoming calls
Job Description: We are looking for a professional individual. This person will be responsible to help manage and coordinate our installation schedule. We need someone who is a self starter, but willing to ask questions.
Employees are required to be at work on time during their scheduled hours.
