How Will You Make an Impact?
- Reception: Serve as primary receptionist, excluding lunch breaks
- Answer incoming calls
- Client greeting/welcome for in office meetings
- Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to tax & audit professionals.
- Mail Management: Conduct regular post office runs twice weekly (or more frequently as needed), handle certified and priority mail, and prepare packages for FedEx and UPS.
- Courier Services: Order and manage courier services as required.
- Document Management: Scanning & Filing for Tax & Audit teams
- Other office support services as needed
How Will You Get Here?
- College degree or equivalent related work experience in an executive support role, preferably in accounting or other professional services environment.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be prompt, dependable, and reliable.
- Must possess excellent typing and grammatical skills.
- Capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task while having strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A demonstrated aptitude for dealing with a variety of situations and people in a professional, yet personal manner required.
- High degree of proficiency with business and communications software including Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
