Dental Treatment Coordinator

Whitlow Dental Care is a family owned, patient-oriented, professional dental office. We are looking for a compassionate and friendly individual to join our front office team as our TREATMENT COORDINATOR. We are looking for an individual who can take action and works well both on their own and with a team. Someone that is detail oriented, organized and has exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to identify, evaluate, and implement office protocols and procedures to improve the efficiency of workflow and ensure patient satisfaction and comfort.
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Presenting multiple treatment plans
• Discussing fees for treatment provided
• Ensure commitment to financial arrangement protocols.
• Following up with patients
• Collecting payments
• Retrieving benefits/confirming eligibility for dental insurance, applying correct insurance company AND benefits to the account
• Other various front office duties
• Requirements:
• Have a thorough knowledge of dental procedures codes
• Be able to multitask in a 2 doctor office
• Confidence in presenting large dental treatment plans
• 3 years of Eaglesoft software experience preferred
• 10 key knowledge
• Have a thorough understanding of dental procedures and operations.
• Have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common insurance plans and financial information.
• Please be aware that we are looking for a serious individual ONLY. Please understand that there will be a series of skills tests that will be required at the interview.Spanish speaking is a plus but not necessary.
