WRA is seeking Architects and Engineers to join our Building Design Group in our Baltimore, MD office. We are a nationally recognized, top 125 Architecture and Engineering firm and Mid-Atlantic Engineering Firm of the Year.
Come join our collaborative team of engineers and architects on a variety of challenging projects, including high-performance buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, office environments, mission critical/secure spaces, historic preservation, and higher education. WRA has a strong mentoring culture and a focus on staff development.
Lead multidiscipline A/E teams through concept studies, final design, and construction phase services for clients across a broad range of markets, including DoD, Federal/Local Government and Industrial. Coordinate between disciplines, interface with project stakeholders, and manage quality control processes to ensure each project is successfully completed.
Responsibilities:
- Proposal development and budget management
- Leadership of design teams
- Coordination of milestone submissions
- Construction Administration
- Project Closeout
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience with concept studies, final design documents, and construction phase services
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- U.S. Citizenship is required
Additional Qualifications
- Professional License (PE, AIA, or RA) preferred
- DoD security clearance or ability to obtain clearance preferred
