Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Active DC Independent Clinical licensure (LICSW, LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals with substance use disorders
- Knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions for substance use disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Experience providing trauma-informed care
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of client's mental health and substance use disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy services to clients
- Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
