Main Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items according to production logs and recipes
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to implement and follow sanitation cleaning schedules
* Update production records and temperature logs in a timely manner
* Participate in weekly kitchen meetings to discuss ongoing projects and initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
* High school graduate or equivalent
* 1 year of professional culinary experience required
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management
* Proficiency in recipe procedures and cooking techniques
* Servsafe certification a plus
