We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Whitsons Culinary Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the plant meets mandatory sanitation requirements for machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, tanks, stairs, walls, floors, baseboards, handrails, sinks, drains, and trash cans throughout the plant.
- Assist production staff with cleaning up major projects as needed.
- Perform daily exterior cleaning of machinery.
- Maintain cleanliness of different rooms by mopping, sweeping, wiping, etc.
- Take direction from Sanitation Supervisor to resolve sanitation-related issues.
